What is a Chamber Luncheon?
Chamber luncheons are our single largest monthly meeting. Each luncheon attracts an average of 60 people, and includes new member introductions, a raffle for a local non-profit, dignitary introductions, a guest speaker, and a tasty meal prepared by a local caterer and Chamber member. If you have something to advretise or express to the community, our 'Please and Thank You' is the time to do so. Every quarter, we invite the Naval Base Kitsap Sailors of the Quarter to enjoy a complimentary meal, and give out goody bags full of gift cards and certificates donated by Chamber members.
How do I sponsor a luncheon?
To sponsor a luncheon, please call the Chamber office at (360) 876-3505 or e-mail us at email@example.com. We book luncheon sponsorships several months in advance, so please contact us well in advance. Each luncheon sponsorship costs $100, and includes lunch for two, two minutes speaking time in front of luncheon attendees, and a table to display brochures, set up advertising, offer specials, and talk about your business.
How do I cater a luncheon?
We also book caterers several months to a year in advance. You MUST be a member of the Port Orchard Chamber in order to cater a luncheon. If you are a current member in good standing, please call us at (360) 876-3505 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are always seeking new caterers to try, so please don't hesitate to ask.

How do I become a raffle recipient?
Raffle recipients are likewise booked out several months in advance, so please contact us ahead of time. E-mail us with a little information about your organization, or drop by the Chamber office. Though we do not require raffle recipients to be Chamber members, as we realize that's not always a financial possibility for smaller non-profits, we do give preference to member organizations. Be prepared to speak for two minutes at the luncheon about your organization, and prepared to help sell raffle tickets to attendees. Organization members attending the luncheon for that month are expected to pay for their own lunches. Please note that if we are not able to give you a month immediately, we will keep your organization's information on file for future contact, should a slot open down the line.
